I mean, about us. what happened? it was almost as if our relationship was a piece of paper, crumpled up and thrown away; forgotten. what might have happened if we didn't crumple it up and throw it away? maybe we would still be together, maybe not. or maybe secretly we haven’t thrown it away yet. we're saving it because we're hoping maybe someday we can pull it out of our pockets and rekindle what we once had. or maybe it's not even that we want it back, maybe it's just that we don't want to lose what we had, but at the same time, we already know it’s lost. I wonder that a lot and I wonder if you wonder sometimes too. I guess if anything, it’s about taking chances, even when you think you’re all out of chances. it’s about giving forgiveness and unconditional love, even when it seems like you should only do the opposite. it’s about trusting that god puts people in your life at certain moments so that you can capitalize the opportunity. it’s all about the possibility. it’s all about what you do with those possibilities. life’s short, but it moves so fast. hang on and enjoy the ride. and when someone comes along with whom you enjoy spending the ride with, hold on tight chemistry is so indefinable, so random. but it is everything sometimes there's nothing to say. sometimes silence expresses more than words. picking up the phone, dialling a number, it can do more damage than good. but humans are afflicted with this obsessive desire to talk things to death. so we make things worse by trying to make things better I think that's what I find most strange about this world: nobody ever says how they feel. they hurt, but they don't cry out. they're happy, but they don't dance or jump around. and they're angry but they hardly ever scream. because they feel ashamed. nothing's worse than that. so we all walk around with our heads looking down and never look up and see how beautiful the sky is he's nice to everybody. the problem is that when he was nice to me, I thought it was because I was special. I believe that we are who we choose to be. Nobody's going to come and save you, you've got to save yourself. Nobody's going to give you anything. You've got to go out and fight for it. Nobody knows what you want except for you, and nobody will be as sorry as you if you don't get it. So don't give up on your dreams Nothing has turned out as we expected. It never does. Life's under no obligation to give us what we expect.
We take what we can get and are thankful it's no worse than it is when all words fail hold her hand When things happen in real life, extraordinary things, there's no music, there's no dah-dah-daaahhs, there's no close ups, no dramatic camera angles. nothing happens. nothings stops, the rest of the world goes on We've come so far from where we started. I try not to look back because that isn't us anymore. But looking foward I see a long way to go. We're a little out of breath and I'm willing to wait until you're ready to move again because I can't do this on my own. When everyone always focuses on your mistakes instead of all your accomplishments? Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. Think only of the best, work only for the best, and expect only the best. Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. Give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. Live in the faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you It's okay. Its okay to want someone you can't have. It’s okay to keep friendships when you don't want them, or want something more. Its okay to cry when you're hurt and its okay to stay mad at someone who hurt you. Believe it or not, its always going to be okay. That’s just how it works. | grudges are a waste of perfect happiness; let go of what you can not change. Its funny when your a kid you have your whole life planned out & it never occurs to you that it might not turn out the way you want it to. At the moment, you don`t think much of it, you know, we just don't recognize the most significant moment of our lives. Back then I thought, "There`ll be other days." I didn`t realize that was the only day I think life is all about timing. Sometimes you have to fuck everything up, run off track, just to get everything back in line to the way it needs to be. If you don't ever do this, you may never find what you always wanted. Things aren't always just going to come and find you or be handed to you. You need to take risks and go after what you want. Sometimes changing the picture can be the best thing for you. Being together is more than just physical. It's about understanding the other person, being there for them, talking for hours, making each other's dreams come true, being in love and not needing anything to keep it worth while It's okay if someone hurts you every now and then, just as long as they're there in the end to take the pain away There are very few mistakes you can't overcome. To just give. That takes courage, because we don't want to fall on our faces or leave ourselves open to hurt If you search your heart and listen to its instructions you'll end up where you belong Most love stories are about people who fall in love with eachother. | she's not perfect, and neither is he. but together, they just might be and that’s what happens. people change. sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse. you just have to accept that. and move on. the main thing I learned? if you aren't willing to put up with a little pain, you won't go far. with every journey you'll get scratches and bruises, but if you really love it, those scratches will be worth it and you wouldn't really notice them because you take the pain with the joy a woman is often measured by the things she cannot control. she is measured by the way her body curves or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or round. she is measured by 36-24-36 and inches, ages and numbers, by all the outside things that don't ever add up to who she is on the inside. and so if a women is to be measured, let her be measured by the things she can control; by who she is and who she is trying to become. because as every women knows, measurements are only statistics and statistics lie. and just remember, when life knocks you down on your knees.... you're in the perfect position to pray there have been lots of ups and downs, but ultimately, at the end of the day, that's what makes you who you are. we all know how to laugh, we all know how to cry, and we all know how to love back. we all know heartbreak, but the world keeps moving, and we keep moving along with it. and everything we experience helps us realize how beautiful life really is in my lifetime I’ve come to realize that you can't depend upon other people for what you want, and you can't be scared to go out there and get it. you have to dream hard, wish big, and chase after your goals, because no one else is going to do it for you. and even if things don't work out, you'll always be able to say you tried. some things are meant to happen. some things are bound to be. love has a way of making doubting hearts believe. sometimes in spite of difference, sometimes against all odds, some things are meant to happen. it's written in the stars. we all want to fall in love. why? because that experience makes us feel completely alive. where every sense is heightened, every emotion is magnified, our everyday reality is shattered and we are flying into the heavens. it may only last a moment, an hour, an afternoon. but that doesn't diminish its value. cause we are left with memories that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives It`s weird..you know that end of something great is coming, but you want to hold on, just for one more second, just so it can hurt a little more Sometimes pain becomes such a big part of your life that you expect it to always be there. Because you can't remember a time in your life when it wasn't. But then one day you feel something else. Something that feels wrong only because it's so unfamilar. And in that moment, you realize you're happy How do you leave the past behind, when it keeps finding ways to get your heart? You know it's been said that we just don't recognize the significant moments of our lives while they are happening. We grow complacent with ideas, or things or people and we take them for granted and it's usually not until that thing is about to be taken away from you that you've realized how wrong you've been that you realized how much you need it, how much you love it. I saw you today & I realized how far apart we've grown. I know I should talk to you & ask how you're doing & I really wish I could, but it just occured to me that we're strangers now. You don't know me anymore... Much less want to & it's okay that you moved on. I know everything is different now You know the thing about meeting your other half is you're walking around, you think you're happy, you think you're whole, then you realize you aren't anything without them. Of course, when we signed up for forever we had no idea it was in here. I guess, it's always all this and then some. I guess, at least that much is clear and whenever I look at you, you know, I always just see through and I always just see new things to admire about you. Never take someone for granted. Hold every person close to your heart coz you might wake up one day and realize that you`ve lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones don't feel stupid for missing him, even if he treated you like you werent his everything. you still had happy memories. & you're always going to miss them. don't try to replace him, cause you won't. just get through each day & eventually it'll get better. i promise. eventually someone will come into your life, & whether or not you realize it, they're going to be something special to you. so don't throw yourself at every guy you see, trying to replace him, or at least dull the memories. cause you're only going to make yourself see how hard he is to replace. just be patient, and wait ... because someday someone better, as impossible as it seems, will eventually come along I remember everything that me & you talked about, me & you had our whole lives planned out together & if I could, I would turn back the hands of time & correct all my mistakes that I ever did But now I guess I gotta move on, right? It`s still hard & I still love you till this day a very simple concept is that pain is the body's way of letting is know something’s wrong. if we couldn't feel pain, our hand could burn to a crisp and we'd never know. so, pain is a good thing. it lets us know that something needs to change, or we'll keep hurting if there’s just one piece of advice I can give you, it’s this: when there's something you really want, fight for it. don't give up no matter how hopeless it seems. And when you've lost hope, ask yourself if in ten years from now, you're going to wish you gave it just one more shot. because the best things in life, they don't come free you never think that you're going to be the one to fold. you think you'll be different, that you'll be able to handle it, but then something happens. and it's too much. the stress, the anxiety, the things and people that you worry about - they start to catch up with you. and before you know it, you're just like everyone else - wishing you were someone, anyone, but yourself. unlike her, I was there for you through the tough times, when you actually needed a best friend. maybe it doesn’t mean anything to you anymore, maybe it never did. but it meant a lot to me, you meant a lot to me and you still do I know better than anyone what happens when you get attached I knew there were no guarantees. No way of knowing what came next for me, for him, or anybody. Some things don't last forever, but some things do. Like a good song, or a good book, or a good memory you can take out and unfold in your darkest times, pressing down the corners and peering in close, hoping you still recognize the person you see there I remember when I used to be the happiest, loudest, spunkiest person alive. Nothing could get me down for very long. I smiled all the time and laughed nonstop. I still see glimpses of that girl sometimes, but not much. I miss her. | No matter how much they love you, they want a tragedy. It's amazing how you can keep so much bottled up inside of you and walk around and no one has any idea A smart girl leaves before she is left sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. you have to know that you’re a good person and a good friend. what’s meant to be will end up good and what isn’t, won’t. relationships are worth fighting for, but sometimes you can’t be the only one fighting. at times, people need to fight for you. if they don’t, you must just move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you. hopefully, people realize great things when they come around and don’t lose something real. always fight until you can’t anymore, and then be fought for. Worry is a total waste of time. It doesn't change anything. All it does is mess up your mind and steal your happiness We use to have all those late night phone calls together. & now we dont even really talk anymore But I'm always going to make you feel i dont need you as much as I really need you so you dont use it to your advantage, but you're essential to me, you're the air i breathe, i believe if you ever leave me I'd probably have no reason to be ill never understand it, why or how fate allowed us to meet;; but never be together Hope is always there. When things aren’t going well, you feel something inside saying that things will soon get better; a hope for good things to come. Hope is there when you first have a crush on someone, it’s the electricity type feeling you get when you see that person; when you’re smiling because of them. It’s the feeling that, well, maybe this person is going to be that person... maybe this is going to be something amazing. It’s the hope that something more will come from something simple. If ever there’s a tomorrow when we're not together, there’s something you must always remember. you're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. but the most important thing is even if we're apart, I’ll always be with you the reason people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be. He will do one of two things - he will admit to everything, or he'll say he's just not the same and you'll begin to wonder why you came. It`s not hard, it`s painful. But it`s not hard. You know what to do already. If you didn't, you wouldn't be in so much pain I'm starting to learn. You cant make someone love you. You cant make someone be faithful to you. You cant control your own fate sometimes. Things happen.. good, bad, indifferent. You just have to let some things go And hope they turn out for the best. It's like falling off a horse.
You're in the air and you know its going to hurt like hell When you hit the ground. But there isnt enough time to stop it. So you close your eyes and hope for the best. I want to apologize for not always being there when you needed me the most sweetie, i honestly bet if you had known how much you meant to me, you wouldnt have given up this easily Everything changes eventually. That's just the way life is, and you have no control over it. Like suddenly people who you thnk are always going to be there, they disappear. People die and they move away and they grow up When you do everything you can, sometimes more than you thought you could, you've got to walk away knowing you fought the good fight maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. without them, what would shape our lives? perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. after all, seasons change. so do cities. people come into your life and people go. but it's always comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. and if your very lucky, a plane ride away sometimes, in life you have to take chances. make mistakes, and just do things you know could possibly turn out horrible. because if you don't you never know what could have happened they ignore each other and look the other way but they both know deep down inside, that it wasn't supposed to end this way when things are perfect, that’s when you need to worry most We wonder why black & white photos capture our soul. I think it's cause without color, we aren't drawn to the makeup, & the color of our eyes, or our hair, or how tan our skin is. Black & white captures the innocence on ones face & the hurt they've gone through to feel vulnerability.

Don't ever let them see you sweat but just hold your head up no matter what and don't ever let anyone stomp you out There are two great days in a persons life - the day we're born and the day we discover why So here's a piece of advice: let go when you're hurting too much, give up when love isn't enough and move on when things are not like before. | For the longest time, I felt like that. I don't anymore. I learned to realize that I can be just as grateful without having to suffer over it. I'm moving on and becoming a better person each day. It's hard, but it's the right thing to do. Besides, you never know when someone else can enter your life...at the most unexpected moment Just live life with what you have & with the people that matter. Sometimes that's the best thing you can do. =] & sometimes all a person really needs is a hand to hold & a heart to understand <3 Everyone is hypocritical. You can hate it, and you can deny that it's true, but it is. I would give you the entire universe if I could. I would travel all over the world for you.
